Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at royalpowerayurveda@gmail.com with photos. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will bear the return shipping cost.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, the item must be unopened and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used Ayurvedic supplements and powders cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at royalpowerayurveda@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
